(In this picture from left to right; Ricardo,Camila,Santiago the protagonists in Pasion)My real blog it the one under this one but i finally to the video that I originally wanted to show from the same telenovela Pasion.....this is the episode right before the clip in my other blog....In this scene Camila is starting to fall hard for Ricardo. They just got back from a ball and he walked her home but asked if he could come in for a bit and she accepts....they start kissing for the first time and she stops because she thinks she shouldnt be kissing him but he knows that she thinks that so he says "dont be ashamed there is nothing more clean then affection" then Camila says " what if its not affection. what if its lust" and Ricardo says my favorite line " its not lust ,lust only responds to the skin (physically) but this is different, you must leave this to inpire (grow) because it could be the start of something that neither you nor I can imagine" They kiss and he tells her that he has to leave for a bit (pirate things to handle) she asks if it will be dangerous and he giggles saying danger is part of his life...she then says and you like living like that..he says in a more serious tone no and so she asks then why do you do it and he says sometimes in life you ar e pushed into difficukt situations ...the end of the scene he promises her that he will leave his pirate life so he can live a normal life... basically for her..Very romantic scene..ENJOY!!!

ReplyDeleteFirst off, i would like to say thanks for your blog response on my page. Now to refer to your blog entry,i just wanted to start off by saying that i always knew you wanted to perform on a soap, but i had no idea you were this passionate and serious about it cause i always thought you were more into dancing and music but now i understand.
Based on what you've said in the recent and previous blog, i can also affiliate myself with your case as to how you being able to relate to the storylines on soap or drama gave you the desire to wanting to be an actress. As an acting major who grew up viewing daytime dramas such as ''All My Children'' & ''One Life To Life'', i pretty much got a perception as to how storylines operate in the world of soaps. For example, there's always a happy married couple enjoying what life has to offer them until something like the crazy father-in-law of the wife kidnaps the groom and holds him hostage until he gets away like 3 months later during the soap's run. So that's similar to what the case was with Camila and Santiago, but a new ally eventually comes to their aid which was Ricardo who later turns out to be a not-so-ally when he falls in love Camila who falls in love back with him sparking a love triangle. I think it's amazing how writers add new characters such as Ricardo to a script, then come up with clever ways to make that character deeply involved in stories already involving recurring characters such as Camila and Santiago making their story more exciting with a third party. creative writing is another reason why i got hooked on to soaps and performing on them myself. As an aspiring actor to another, i wish you the best of luck cause you have a strong sense of ambition of doing the things you dream of doing and i can see you one day as the ''next susan lucci'' playing a lawyer. hope that wasn't a bad comparison lol
I also recommend that you view Season 6 of ''Buffy the Vampire Slayer'' cause it shows how the title character, and the allies such as Xander and Willow, struggle to adjusting with being an independent adults without the supervision of adults such as Joyce's death and you will find Season 6 painfully relatable in some ways.
